FRIDAY!!! It is the last day of clinics. The last four days while we were conducting clinics have flown by. It has been an exciting time and we have all seen God at work in our lives and the lives of those around us. It seems as if we receive as much or more than we are able to give.

In devotions this morning we were encouraged to seek the Lord’s strength and finish strong. Devotions this week have been uplifting and challenging. We concluded this morning with the chorus “Souls for Jesus”.

Again this morning there was a line of people waiting for us when arrived. Throughout the morning this line would shorten and then grow longer as others would show up to be seen by the doctors. By 12:00 noon however the last person had passed through registration and was being tended to in Triage. It ended up being an early day as we were able to close around 3:00pm after seeing everyone.

For the week we had nearly 1,000 people that went through the clinic, most receiving medicine. Some received glasses, and while some left with fewer teeth that when they arrived. Everyone who attended the clinic had also attended an evening evangelistic service and another during the clinic day. Altogether there were over 400 Ugandans who received Christ as their Savior. This was truly amazing and made the entire mission trip well worth the time, money, and effort.
